Mountainbiketour Trans-Salzkammergut Rundkurs II

The second stage of the Trans Salzkammergut Loop starts on Viehbergalm. From here you ride past Rassenbachalm down to Salzasee and Bad Heilbrunn. The trail then climbs up to Steinitzenalm and is followed by a long downhill past Ödensee and Bad Aussee to Obertraun. The route now follows Hallstätter See to Hallstatt. After a short ride through Escherntal the road climbs for 1000 meters to Rossalm. You then descend in a south-western direction via Ebenalm to Gosausee. The last part of this stage takes you through Gosaubachtal before reaching Gosau (overnight stays possible).
